Associate HR Business Partner

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing HR team in LATAM as an Associate HR Business Partner. You will support the Regional HRBP across 18+ countries, ensuring smooth people processes and a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support hiring requests, track status, and flag risks in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding, conduct check‑ins, and manage exit interviews.
• Act as point of contact for complex HR queries, collaborating with People Service Delivery and handling Jira tickets.
• Assist execution of LATAM Engagement Plan, handling logistics and data collection.
• Maintain Workday data integrity, perform audits, and prepare HR reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 1‑3 years of HR experience in dynamic environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• High tolerance for ambiguity, proactive communication, and discretion with sensitive information.

Required skills

• Workday (or similar HRIS) experience.
• Advanced proficiency with G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
• Strong analytical mindset for data handling and reporting.
