Associate Director, Paid Search

About the role

Brainlabs is looking for an Associate Director of Paid Search to join its Buenos Aires office. You will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid‑search campaigns for key EMEA clients, ensuring they drive measurable profit and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define campaign delivery plans, set objectives and measurement targets.
• Track, analyse and optimise campaigns on a daily basis.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day‑to‑day deliverables.
• Develop and share innovative concepts, test‑and‑learn approaches and automation ideas.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best‑practice roadmaps.

Required profile

• 4+ years of proven paid‑search delivery experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills, able to lead client conversations.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level) and detail‑oriented.
