Associate Data Operations & Quality Analyst

About the role

The Associate Data Operations & Quality Analyst supports daily data operations, analysis, reporting, and data‑quality activities across key business initiatives. The role consolidates data from multiple sources, validates its accuracy, produces actionable insights, and helps resolve data issues, using AI tools where appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day data analysis and deliver reports and insights for internal and client‑related requests.
• Identify, locate, extract, and consolidate data from multiple sources, including when information is not immediately available.
• Use artificial‑intelligence tools to accelerate research, consolidation, analysis, and reporting while verifying output accuracy.
• Monitor data quality, completeness, consistency, and accuracy across incoming data and existing reports.
• Investigate data discrepancies, document findings, open tickets with relevant teams, and drive issues to resolution.
• Create, maintain, and validate recurring and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and business metrics.
• Support data initiatives such as Device IQ and Protection Index, managing multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, data operations, or a related technical role.
• Proven ability to investigate ambiguous requests, identify needed data, and develop practical solutions independently.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to data quality and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
