Associate Business Systems Coordinator

About the role

The Associate Business Systems Coordinator supports strategic technology and business initiatives for Global Auto, working closely with Program Managers and Business Systems Managers to ensure accurate documentation and smooth information flow.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Jira features, user stories, and related documentation.
• Gather, organize, and document requirements from meetings, recordings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Maintain Jira backlog hygiene, ensuring stories, tasks, and priorities are up‑to‑date.
• Review acceptance criteria and support alignment between business needs and development deliverables.
• Assist with solution demonstrations, feedback collection, and analysis of business outcomes.
• Coordinate communication across Program Managers, Business Systems Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Generate status reports and share project information across multiple strategic programs.
• Support process improvement and AI‑driven operational efficiencies using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, and related technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
