Assistant Director, Intelligent Insights Specialist (Finance)

About the role

EY is seeking a detail‑oriented Intelligent Insights Specialist to join its Global Delivery Services Finance Reporting and Data Analytics team. You will transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic financial decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Derive and deliver actionable business insights through end‑to‑end data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop financial, revenue and predictive models, conduct trend analysis and forecast business outcomes.
• Create and maintain interactive visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and multiple data sources.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for leadership and non‑technical audiences.
• Document analytical methodologies, maintain reports and ensure data governance compliance.

Required profile

• Critical thinker with strong problem‑solving and analytical reasoning skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid financial domain knowledge and experience in financial reporting.

Required skills

• SQL (query design, interpretation and data extraction).
• Power BI for interactive reporting and dashboard creation.
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Financial modeling and forecasting.
• Data visualization and statistical analysis.
