Assistant Content Manager

About the role

The Assistant Content Manager will support the creation and rollout of integrated communication campaigns for Clorox across the LATAM region. Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure brand strategy is executed consistently across media and product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in end‑to‑end development of campaign content, from briefing to final deployment across markets.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and local market teams to guarantee timely asset production and on‑plan execution.
• Partner with Legal and R&D to secure approvals and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
• Define KPIs, track performance across platforms, analyze data, and recommend optimizations.
• Consolidate learnings and best practices to improve future campaigns.
• Monitor non‑working budgets, create purchase orders, and manage invoicing for accurate financial control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or brand communications with hands‑on content creation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Creative, concept‑driven, and accountable.
• Curious, continuous‑learning mindset with strong verbal and written communication.
• Adaptable, proactive problem‑solver with a results‑driven approach.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
