Assistant Clinical Research Associate (Remote)

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies as an Assistant Clinical Research Associate. You will work remotely on assigned projects, collaborating with CRAs and study leads to ensure smooth site preparation, monitoring logistics, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with site preparedness activities, including pre‑study assessments and ICF customization.
• Perform remote review of EMR/EHR checklists and support collection of required assessments.
• Verify document collection, RCR submission status, and maintain site electronic document logs.
• Review patient‑facing materials and translations as directed.
• Support vendor qualification processes and manage system access for site staff.
• Coordinate logistics for investigator meetings and maintain vendor trackers.
• Handle supply management, essential document updates, and follow‑up on missing data such as ECGs or lab samples.
• Assist with site payment processes, invoice reconciliation, and monitoring of centralized tools.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while adhering to SOPs.
• Strong organizational skills to track documents, supplies, and site communications.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication with site staff, vendors, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail for document verification and data reconciliation.

Required skills

• Experience with EMR/EHR systems for remote data review.
