About the role

Aura X Studio is looking for a bilingual Sales Assistant to support creators in building exclusive communities and monetising their content. This full‑time remote position involves handling sales inquiries, providing chat support, and ensuring creators can focus on creation while the team manages audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

Assist creators in growing and monetising their online communities.
Provide real‑time chat support and maintain 24/7 engagement with followers.
Handle sales inquiries, process transactions, and drive revenue using data‑backed strategies.
Maintain accurate communication records and respond promptly via text‑based channels.

Required profile

Novice experience in sales or chat support.
Conversational English (B2) and fully fluent Spanish.
Reliable laptop with at least 8 GB RAM.
Stable internet connection of minimum 30 Mbps.
