About the role

The Transportation Assistant will support the last‑mile delivery operation, ensuring smooth vehicle dispatches on the floor and helping drivers deliver packages efficiently. This role is based on‑site in the Buenos Aires area and focuses on continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

Organize and control last‑mile vehicle dispatches on the operational floor.
Provide follow‑up, support, training, and oversight for last‑mile drivers.
Monitor delivery performance and drive continuous improvement of dispatch processes.

Required profile

Student or graduate in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (desirable).
Experience in transportation and logistics operations (desirable).
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
