Appointment Setter – Remote Lead Manager

About the role

We are a marketing agency seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to own and optimise our lead pipeline. This remote position requires a confident phone salesperson who can handle both cold and warm outreach while managing follow‑up workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold and warm calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Design, implement and monitor email and SMS follow‑up sequences.
• Maintain the CRM: tagging, segmenting, and ensuring pipeline hygiene across all channels.
• Build automated workflows and manage integrations with lead‑gen tools.
• Perform long‑term lead nurturing, re‑engaging quiet prospects.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with strong phone confidence.
• Thick skin for handling rejection and persisting with new leads.
• High‑level experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to create automated email and SMS workflows.
• Excellent organisational and follow‑up discipline.
