Application Developer – Security Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Security Software Engineer who will focus on developing and integrating security‑focused applications using Microsoft Power Platform and AI‑driven features. The role sits within EY Global Delivery Services and works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain security applications on Power Platform, integrating AI capabilities.
• Build and configure Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
• Integrate applications with databases, Web APIs, SQL, and SharePoint.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Document architecture, code, and processes; ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor the development team.
• Manage Power Platform environment controls, roles, permissions, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on software development experience, with recent focus on security applications.
• Experience with security certifications or secure software practices (e.g., Cybersecurity, SANS, ISC2).
• Proven ability to collaborate with architects, risk partners, and business stakeholders.
