Application Configuration Specialist – SAP SuccessFactors Learning

About the role

The Application Configuration Specialist will lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions, working closely with project managers, QA, integration teams and business stakeholders. The role involves configuring learning structures, supporting enhancements, releases and data migrations, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

Key responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules, curricula, programs, certifications and compliance training aligned with business and L&D requirements.
• Integrate Learning with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent) and third‑party systems using standard integration patterns and OCN.
• Manage content packages (SCORM/AICC), support data migration, testing, production support and release activities.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and analytics teams to maintain consistent learner data and reporting foundations.
• Leverage built‑in AI capabilities for recommendations, automation and insights, and support reporting via Plateau reports and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management, with at least 5 years of end‑to‑end implementation or support.
• Strong understanding of learning management, compliance and development processes in a global HR context.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor consultants throughout complex project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with experience preparing functional documents, test scenarios and configuration workbooks.
