Analytics Services Analyst (English/French)

About the role

Join a fast‑paced Analytics Services team supporting customers across EMEA. As an Analytics Services Analyst you will act as a reporting consultant, partnering directly with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into high‑quality reporting solutions using Avature’s reporting framework.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse reporting requirements directly with customers.
• Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards using Avature’s reporting framework.
• Lead reporting projects end‑to‑end, coordinating tasks, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide training sessions and walkthroughs to enable self‑service reporting.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues, data discrepancies and performance concerns.
• Document solutions and follow internal best‑practice processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards or data visualisation.
• Understanding of data structures, filters, aggregations and reporting logic.
• Proficiency with the Avature reporting framework.
