Analytics Engineer – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

The Business Insights Engineer I joins the Measurement Enablement team to ensure client data is accurate, up‑to‑date, and ready for reporting and analysis. Working remotely for a global healthcare communications network, you will bridge data engineering, analytics, and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new client data sources and oversee data feed ingestion.
• Partner with Data Engineering to load data into Databricks and maintain medallion‑architecture tables.
• Monitor data delivery schedules, freshness, completeness, and accuracy.
• Perform quality‑assurance and reconciliation checks, investigate anomalies, and drive remediation.
• Document source mappings, field definitions, and data inventories.
• Develop and maintain standard, custom, and master reporting tables and views.
• Support automated data‑quality checks and monitoring processes.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in data analytics or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python, preferably in a Databricks environment.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Funnel.io or DBT.
• Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and translate complex outputs into executive‑ready insights.
• Basic proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data storytelling.
