Analytics and Modeling Manager

About the role

Join the Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A) team as a People Analytics Advisor and lead the development of data‑driven solutions that shape employee performance, engagement and retention. You will work closely with HR and business leaders to turn complex workforce data into actionable insights using advanced AI techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders, delivering strategic analytics and AI‑enhanced recommendations for talent and HR challenges.
• Design, build and deploy AI‑powered models, predictive analytics and automated reporting solutions that address nuanced business needs.
• Explore and implement responsible AI applications, including generative AI for narrative insight delivery and natural‑language interfaces.
• Collaborate across product, service and ecosystem teams to influence offerings based on emerging AI capabilities and user feedback.
• Champion a data‑driven culture by promoting AI fluency, data literacy and self‑service analytics.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends in HR and introduce new tools and methodologies to the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, statistics, data science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics or a comparable analytical role.
• Proven experience advising senior or executive leaders on complex analytical problems.
