About the role

The Transportation Analyst will support Mercado Libre's shipping operations in San Juan, ensuring that package processing and dispatch meet service level agreements. You will work closely with third‑party logistics providers and internal teams to keep the flow of goods efficient and reliable.

Key responsibilities

Monitor compliance with service level agreements for package processing and dispatch.
Control and supervise operations performed by external logistics operators.
Analyze operational data to spot trends, improvement opportunities, and potential risks.
Investigate root causes of productivity deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Previous experience in transportation or logistics roles is preferred.
Strong ability to coordinate tasks and projects across multiple internal areas.

Required skills

Advanced Excel proficiency.
Data analysis capabilities.
