Analista de Selección de Personal – Recruiter Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter Analyst to join Adecco’s talent acquisition team supporting a leading technology consultancy. In this role you will manage the full contractor recruitment lifecycle, ensuring client needs are met with high‑quality candidates and seamless onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies to understand staffing requirements and deliver onboarding solutions.
• Validate, approve, and manage contractor requisitions in line with category‑management strategies.
• Conduct first‑level candidate screening, review CVs, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Oversee supplier tiering, make case‑by‑case overrides, and provide feedback to agencies.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client, supplier, or vacancy issues.
• Support the CX Lead with organizational tasks, reporting, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in contingent staffing.
• Strong organizational abilities and familiarity with procurement/HR terms.
• Fluent Portuguese (mandatory); English proficiency is a plus.
