About the role

The Airfreight Import Customer Service & Operations Associate supports the efficient flow of air‑freight shipments, ensuring high‑quality service for clients while coordinating internal logistics activities. This position combines administrative precision with proactive problem‑solving to keep shipments on schedule and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by identifying client needs and delivering timely value propositions.
• Build long‑term strategic partnerships with clients, anticipating requirements and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain operational agility by following corporate processes, upholding quality standards, and reducing costs.
• Monitor shipments, communicate continuously with clients, and resolve any deviations or incidents.
• Review commercial documents, prepare quotes, and follow up on client requests.
• Update internal reports, inform clients about market situations, and track client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and improve processes.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship in Logistics Management (mandatory); Associate’s degree in Logistics Management preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in operational logistics, supply‑chain processes, Incoterms, rates and route quotation.
• Proficiency in the national language and elementary English.
• Strong communication, entrepreneurial mindset, and reliability.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
• Experience with logistics management and supply‑chain operations.
• Ability to handle commercial documentation and quotation processes.
