AI SEO Manager

About the role

We are seeking an AI SEO Manager to lead organic search for a US‑based injury law firm. This in‑house position works directly with firm leadership, managing two bilingual websites and driving visibility across traditional and AI search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute keyword strategies for English and Spanish sites, structuring content for AI citations.
• Create and publish service pages, practice area pages, and articles in both languages.
• Pitch attorneys and content to local, legal, and Spanish‑language media to secure guest articles with live backlinks.
• Manage on‑page and technical SEO, including internal linking, Core Web Vitals, schema, and hreflang.
• Oversee Google Business Profile and Search Console, ensuring review and citation consistency.
• Build weekly scorecards in GA4 and Search Console linking rankings, AI citations, leads, and signed cases.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on local SEO experience with proven results tied to leads and cases.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, capable of publishing content and media outreach in both languages.
• Demonstrated ability to grow 2–3 websites with measurable ranking or traffic improvements.
• Experience collaborating with WordPress developers and paid media teams.
