AI Native Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an AI‑Native Executive Assistant to own and evolve the internal operating system of a fast‑moving AI health technology company. This is a high‑ownership, remote position that blends executive support with building and automating AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and continuously improve a centralized operating system in Notion, including goals, OKRs, meeting notes, and project context.
• Implement and integrate the AI‑native toolstack (Grain, Attio CRM, Linear, etc.) and configure permissions, workflows, and cross‑platform integrations.
• Audit recurring operational processes and automate them using no‑code/low‑code platforms such as Claude, Cursor, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
• Build automations that sync data across tools (e.g., auto‑populate Linear from monthly goals).
• Provide chief‑of‑staff support to the founder: track follow‑ups, manage action items, arrange travel, coordinate scheduling, and maintain visibility across two business verticals.

Required profile

• Operationally sharp and comfortable working with AI and automation tools.
• Self‑starter who can identify manual processes and replace them with scalable systems.
• Available during US business hours and able to work remotely.
• No traditional engineering background required, but a strong aptitude for building with AI tools.
