AI Automations & Data Specialist (Remote)

About the role

System Six is seeking an AI Automations & Data Specialist to design, build, and maintain automation workflows and data pipelines for a fast‑growing, fully remote cloud‑accounting firm. You will work with cutting‑edge AI tools, integration platforms, and analytics solutions to streamline internal processes and enhance client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI‑driven automation workflows using GPT/Claude, Make, Zapier, and other SaaS tools.
• Design API integrations and connect disparate systems to support accounting operations.
• Build, optimize, and monitor PowerBI dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting solutions.
• Write and schedule Python scripts, SQL jobs, and DAX calculations for data extraction and transformation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Continuously improve existing automations and create new tools to support growth.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI automation platforms (GPT, Claude, Make, Zapier).
• Proficiency in PowerBI or equivalent BI tools.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• SQL expertise for data extraction and cron‑job scheduling.
• Knowledge of DAX for advanced analytics.
• Experience building API integrations and data pipelines.
