AI Automation & Agentic Systems Architect

About the role

We are building an AI‑first startup that runs its core functions through autonomous agents, intelligent workflows, and cloud‑based AI infrastructure. As an AI Automation & Agentic Systems Architect you will design and deploy the AI‑driven digital departments that power our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous AI agent systems and multi‑agent workflows with delegation and coordination capabilities.
• Build AI supervisory layers that manage specialized agents and ensure scalable operational architecture.
• Create AI‑enhanced pipelines for marketing automation, content generation, lead generation, and community management.
• Develop AI‑driven communication and PR tools for drafting releases, media outreach, and sentiment monitoring.
• Engineer intelligent financial automation workflows for bookkeeping, expense categorization, reporting, and forecasting.
• Implement executive assistance AI tools for email triage, calendar management, meeting preparation, and research support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a freelancer or architect working with agentic AI, workflow automation, and cloud AI infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of transforming traditional business processes into AI‑native systems.
• Ability to design scalable, memory‑enabled, contextual AI solutions.
