AI Architect – Lead AI Transformation

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for an AI Architect to lead AI transformation initiatives in Argentina. The role combines business vision, deep technical AI expertise, and experience driving organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise‑scale Generative AI solutions.
• Design architectures for Agentic AI, multi‑agent systems, LLMs, Foundation Models and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation.
• Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, and adoption standards.
• Lead service transformation programs and coordinate delivery across sales, consulting and business units.

Required profile

• 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, consulting or digital transformation.
• At least 4 years leading AI‑focused business initiatives.
• Proven experience presenting to C‑level stakeholders and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
