AI Architect

About the role

The AI Architect will define, design and govern the AI strategy, architecture and platforms for the Ritz‑Carlton Yacht Collection. This senior role bridges business objectives with advanced AI capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure and compliant solutions across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture standards, frameworks and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Design end‑to‑end AI solutions including Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, machine learning, predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
• Architect AI platforms on cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) covering model hosting, vector databases, data pipelines and integration with ERP, CRM and data warehouses.
• Establish AI governance, security, compliance and responsible AI policies, and lead risk assessments and model validation.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout project lifecycles, conduct design reviews and mentor AI engineers and data scientists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of enterprise technology architecture experience and 5+ years designing AI/ML solutions.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale cloud‑native solutions on Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Data technologies: Snowflake, vector databases, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines.
• AI/ML expertise: LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, MLOps.
• Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF) and AI governance.
