Agentic GTM Lead – Growth Engineering & Demand Generation

About the role

The Agentic GTM Lead will design, build, and own a demand‑generation engine for a fast‑growing investment‑management firm. This highly autonomous position blends engineering, commercial instinct, and financial‑market knowledge to create measurable pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale GTM infrastructure across outbound, content, social, SEO/GEO, email and website acquisition.
• Build integrations using APIs, SQL, Python or JavaScript and automation tools such as Clay, n8n, Zapier.
• Design AI‑powered workflows with LLMs to automate research, content creation, lead enrichment and routing.
• Run multiple demand‑generation experiments simultaneously, measure results, and scale successful tactics.
• Connect technical builds directly to qualified interest, booked meetings, pipeline and revenue metrics.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in growth engineering, GTM engineering, demand generation or related fields.
• Proven track record of creating original demand‑generation ideas and turning them into measurable experiments.
• Strong commercial instinct with ability to link technical work to business outcomes.
• Experience or solid knowledge of finance, investing, asset or investment management.
