After-Sales Service Manager – Buenos Aires

About the role

The After‑Sales Service Manager will lead the service network in Argentina, ensuring that product support aligns with user needs and company standards. This role oversees daily service requests, repair operations, and the overall customer DOA (Dead‑On‑Arrival) process.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and optimise the service network across Argentina, matching product characteristics and user requirements.
• Coordinate daily service requests from operators and key accounts.
• Manage and improve the customer DOA process to minimise complaints.
• Oversee daily operations of repair service providers.
• Lead and develop the Argentina service team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations management for 3C or lifestyle products, preferably mobile phones, wearables, smart mobility or TV.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities with extensive cross‑team collaboration experience.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, with solid logical analysis and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Proven experience serving key accounts and identifying user needs.
• Fluency in Spanish or English.
