Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

TopFoxx is looking for a self‑driven Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist to own the end‑to‑end strategy, execution, and optimisation of its influencer and affiliate programmes. You will work remotely on U.S. East Coast hours, shaping a high‑impact growth channel for a fast‑growing fashion startup.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new creators, affiliates, and brand ambassadors.
• Manage existing partnerships, negotiate terms, and ensure consistent brand representation.
• Run rapid tests, analyse performance data, and double‑down on profitable tactics while cutting ineffective ones.
• Produce regular performance reports and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the small marketing team to align campaigns with overall brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with a deep understanding of U.S. culture, slang, and social‑media behaviour.
• Proactive, creative, and highly accountable mindset.
• Ability to work independently, wear multiple hats, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfortable working Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM EST (flexible hours).
