Advertiser Success Lead (LatAm)

About the role

The Advertiser Success Lead will own the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns within the gaming ecosystem for US and Latin American markets. You will work closely with re‑sellers, agencies and clients to drive growth, ensure campaign performance and strengthen long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong partnerships with re‑sellers, agencies and clients, delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with regional and global sales teams to expand iion’s market presence.
• Lead onboarding, training and platform demos for partners and clients.
• Provide timely campaign reporting, post‑campaign analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring KPIs and client expectations are met.
• Gather client feedback and communicate platform issues to product teams for continuous improvement.
• Inform clients about platform updates, new features and up‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years in digital media operations or client‑facing roles at agencies or AdTech companies.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in CPMs, margin management and rate negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ambitious, collaborative and comfortable challenging the status quo.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, including DSPs and SSPs.
• Broad knowledge of digital media channels such as CTV and Social.
• Proficiency with media tracking, analytics and data‑driven storytelling.
• Experience using AI tools for reporting, analysis and proposal creation.
