Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high‑impact training programs for developers, authors, and administrators. The role is fully remote and focuses on both technical and non‑technical tracks, ensuring participants gain practical expertise with the latest AEM Cloud Service and on‑premise features.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live workshops, bootcamps, and webinars for diverse audiences.
• Create comprehensive training materials, including labs, presentations, and video tutorials.
• Maintain and update training documentation to reflect new AEM releases.
• Design quizzes, practical exams, and feedback surveys to assess learning progress.
• Provide hands‑on mentorship, troubleshooting issues during lab sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of corporate training, instructional design, or senior AEM development experience.
• Deep knowledge of AEM Sites, Assets, Assets Essentials, and Core Components.
• Ability to teach both technical (Sling, OSGi, HTL, Dispatcher) and non‑technical (Content Authoring, DAM workflows) tracks.
• Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service and Cloud Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
