Accounts Receivable Team Lead (Argentina)

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Team Lead reports to the AP/AR Manager and is responsible for producing, maintaining, and analysing reports related to AR activities in Argentina. The role supports month‑end processes, customer onboarding, KPI tracking, invoicing, deposits and collections while leading a team of AR professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and manage customer profiles, including taxation information.
• Align contract terms with billing and collections processes.
• Assign and prioritize the AR team’s workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Review team output for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with project financial analysts on invoicing reconciliation.
• Coordinate transaction adjustments between AP and AR.
• Support the team during vacations and peak periods, covering all tasks.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries.
• Set annual goals, monitor performance, and manage development and leave requests.
• Oversee AR aging, follow‑up on outstanding payments, and support deposit reconciliations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop automated tools and reporting solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
