About the role

The Accounts Payables Analyst at NCR Atleos is responsible for managing and processing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong vendor relationships. The role supports business growth by optimizing AP processes and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

Ensure accurate transaction records and process financial transactions for internal and external partners.
Prepare weekly reports for the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) area and support P2P managers.
Participate in month‑end close activities, including SOX review and variance analysis.
Analyze and verify company records according to organizational rules and privacy standards.
Support process‑improvement projects and build reporting for key performance metrics.

Required profile

Experience in Accounts Payable and strong knowledge of Excel.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in small teams.
Excellent attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.
Effective communication with internal and external suppliers.
