Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a competent Accounting Analyst to support our rapidly growing business. The role reports to the Senior Accountant and works fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time, verifying billing details against contracts and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and operations to gather billable information and confirm completed work.
• Process invoice adjustments, credit memos, and change orders as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and billing records in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and ensure proper documentation.
• Support month‑end billing cutoff, reconcile billed vs. unbilled revenue, and respond to billing inquiries.
• Assist the Accounts Receivable team with collections, record payments, monitor aging reports, and resolve payment issues.
• Perform periodic reviews and support audits to ensure compliance with internal financial procedures.
• Help with monthly preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements.

Required profile

• Graduate or near‑graduation in Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or related areas.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment with minimal direction.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback.
• Professional level English proficiency (writing, speaking, reading, and listening).
• Available to work PST 7 am – 4 pm.
