Account Manager – E‑commerce Marketing Agency

About the role

The Account Manager will oversee assigned e‑commerce clients, planning and executing email, SMS, pop‑up and flow campaigns to drive conversions and revenue. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of roughly 40 marketing campaigns per month for assigned clients.
• Develop and execute email, SMS, pop‑up and flow strategies, continuously optimizing for revenue and engagement.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of copywriters, designers and associates, handling briefings, delegations and delivery timelines.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, reporting on KPIs, and proactive communication.
• Analyze consumer data to set weekly goals, identify trends and propose upsell opportunities.
• Work with the Service Department to meet KPI targets and reduce client churn.

Required profile

• At least 12 months in digital marketing with 6 months focused on email marketing.
• Proven experience managing client accounts and leading creative teams in an agency setting.
• Strong accountability, responsiveness and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and internal stakeholder interaction.
