Social Media & Community Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Community Manager to be the voice and vibe of our purpose‑driven community across Latin America. Working fully remote, you will create inspiring short‑form content, nurture authentic connections, and help grow a network of conscious entrepreneurs, creators and leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality, on‑brand posts, Reels, carousels and stories that drive engagement.
• Edit and repurpose event footage into short‑form videos.
• Write bold, personality‑driven captions and manage the posting calendar in collaboration with designers and editors.
• Engage daily with community members, respond to DMs and comments, and maintain an energetic, genuine presence.
• Identify and connect with aligned creators, brands and influencers to expand organic reach.
• Promote events, collaborations and partnership opportunities.
• Support giveaways, influencer campaigns and brand partnerships, tracking performance data and sharing insights.
• Develop and lead the overall social media strategy, defining content pillars, channel priorities and growth initiatives.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, scripting or creation.
