About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level technical recruiter who lives inside LinkedIn Recruiter and AI‑driven sourcing tools. You will own the end‑to‑end talent pipeline for high‑growth tech, fintech, and startup teams, turning warm leads into hires with speed and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Master LinkedIn Recruiter: craft Boolean strings, manage Spotlights, Recommended Matches, and InMail quotas.
• Leverage JuiceBox or equivalent AI sourcing platform to discover and enrich high‑fit candidate profiles.
• Execute proactive multi‑channel outreach, following up with varied touchpoints to keep candidates engaged.
• Maintain a clean, action‑ready pipeline and move open requisitions forward daily.
• Track outreach metrics, submission‑to‑interview ratios, and time‑to‑fill, using data to remove blockers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle or sourcing‑focused recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality with urgency‑driven work style.
• Experience recruiting for US‑based or global tech companies.
• Fluent English (C1+).

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (advanced seat usage).
• JuiceBox or comparable AI sourcing tool.
• Boolean search expertise.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever.
