Senior Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

Fever is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to lead the activation of customer data and execute end‑to‑end CRM strategies across email, push notifications and in‑app messages. You will work within the CRM team to refine multi‑channel communications and drive retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM communication plans focusing on email, push and in‑app messaging.
• Continuously improve multi‑channel campaigns and retention strategies.
• Support the CRM Manager in defining customer lifecycles and contact strategies.
• Define key client segments for targeted campaigns.
• Own weekly/monthly reporting and ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing and CRM.
• Proficient in English with strong copywriting skills.
• Analytical, data‑driven and commercially savvy.
• Organized, proactive and able to handle a high‑pace workload.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Email Service Providers such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid.
• HTML coding.
• A/B testing and dynamic email templates.
