CRO & Website Optimization Specialist (Remote)

About the role

HireHawk is looking for a CRO & Website Optimization Specialist to own and execute the experimentation roadmap for client websites and quiz‑funnels. You will move from hypothesis generation through test implementation, analysis and next‑step recommendations, working independently on Shopify and related tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own the website and quiz‑funnel experimentation roadmap, prioritising opportunities based on data and conversion impact.
• Formulate clear hypotheses, build and launch A/B tests using Intelligems or comparable platforms, and analyse results.
• Make front‑end Shopify changes, create and optimise landing pages, quizzes (Digioh) and cart/upsell experiences (Rebuy, Smart Cart).
• Use GA4 and other analytics to evaluate performance and translate findings into actionable next steps.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of hands‑on CRO, e‑commerce optimisation or growth experience.
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of A/B testing cycles, from opportunity identification to implementation and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written or video instructions for sensitive website changes.
