Senior Capability Development Manager – Global Business Solutions

About the role

PMI is transforming its business toward smoke‑free products and needs a senior professional to lead capability development for its Global Business Solutions (GBS) teams. You will shape learning strategies, close skill gaps, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute the GBS Capability Building Strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct learning and skills needs assessments, synthesize insights and propose upskilling recommendations.
• Curate existing learning resources and collaborate with external vendors to address identified gaps.
• Partner with program owners and subject‑matter experts to co‑create or tailor development solutions.
• Design, build and deploy end‑to‑end learning journeys and targeted interventions.
• Drive adoption through engagement, communication and change management activities.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Psychology, Pedagogy or related field.
• Proven experience leading medium to large‑scale global L&D initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and vendor management skills.
• Customer‑focused, agile mindset with strong business acumen.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Articulate 360 (authoring tool).
• LMS (Learning Management System) experience.
