Key responsibilities

• Create well‑structured, engaging resumes that follow company guidelines.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date talent pool and track job opportunities.
• Screen candidates, assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Prioritize quality over quantity when submitting candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage candidate data and monitor progress with meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, technology stacks, and industry terminology.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, energetic, detail‑oriented, and capable of independent problem‑solving.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive initiatives autonomously.
• Upper‑Intermediate (B2+) English proficiency, both written and spoken.
