About the role

Our client, a provider of risk management and compliance technology for wealth‑management firms, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives. The role is fully remote and operates on U.S. business hours, focusing on high‑volume outbound prospecting.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute 1,500+ outbound activities per month across calls, email and LinkedIn, targeting cold and recycled leads.
  • Identify and prioritize net‑new prospects that match the ideal customer profile.
  • Qualify prospects by confirming firm type, AUM, decision‑maker access and pain points.
  • Book 15+ qualified meetings per month and maintain an 80%+ show rate through confirmations and follow‑ups.
  • Re‑engage dormant pipeline leads with tailored outreach sequences.
  • Log all activity in HubSpot in real time with accurate notes and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare detailed handoff notes for Account Executives and monitor SAL conversion rates.
  • Provide frontline feedback on messaging, objections and sequence performance to improve playbooks.
  • Collaborate with the outbound manager on reporting, call reviews and process optimisation.

Required profile

  • 1+ year of outbound sales or SDR experience in a high‑volume environment (75+ touches per day).
  • Proven ability to execute 1,500+ monthly activities across calls, email and LinkedIn.
  • Strong prospect qualification skills (ICP fit, decision‑maker access, clear pain points).
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Proficiency using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours in a remote, asynchronous environment.
  • High resilience and consistent performance despite rejection.
