About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Lead to own the end‑to‑end experience for buyers of our backyard office pods. Working remotely, you will guide clients from purchase through installation and beyond, turning a long‑lead purchase into a trusted relationship.

Key responsibilities

Manage the full client journey, from order confirmation to post‑installation engagement.
Provide weekly proactive updates on production and installation status.
Resolve after‑sales questions and issues for both new and existing customers.
Collect video testimonials, referrals, and encourage clients to become brand hosts.
Report high‑risk or VIP clients, installation progress, and new testimonials each week.

Required profile

Enjoys frequent conversations with customers and thrives on building trust.
Acts quickly when a client is dissatisfied, taking ownership of resolution.
Comfortable delivering difficult news while maintaining confidence.
Self‑motivated problem‑solver who runs toward challenges.
