Remote Sales Representative – Legal Market (LATAM)

About the role

This is a remote, high‑volume sales position focused on outreach to attorneys and paralegals in the United States. You will work under the Deputy Director of Investigations to schedule meetings, generate leads, and support market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make 500+ outreach calls per week to attorneys and paralegals.
• Schedule sales calls and appointments on behalf of the Deputy Director of Investigations.
• Track interactions, manage pipelines, and follow up using CRM software, Google Docs, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Send templated follow‑up emails after calls.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and report outcomes to the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain detailed records of client interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
• Previous sales experience, ideally in legal or corporate environments.
• 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet high‑volume targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using Google Docs.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with sales tracking tools.
