President / Head of Corporate Development – Argentina & LATAM

About the role

The President / Head of Corporate Development will drive Constructor Group’s expansion across Argentina and the broader Latin American region. Reporting to global leadership, the role combines strategic planning, partnership building, and operational oversight to establish a strong market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate development initiatives throughout Argentina and LATAM.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, universities, government bodies, investors, and business communities.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion prospects.
• Represent the company regionally as the senior point of contact for stakeholders.
• Support the creation and execution of the regional growth strategy.
• Coordinate with global teams across finance, legal, HR, operations, and product.
• Help establish and scale local operations, processes, and teams as needed.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and emerging opportunities.
• Assist in negotiations, partnership agreements, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between local execution and global priorities, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate development, business development, general management, strategy, or regional leadership.
• Strong understanding of the Argentine and broader LATAM markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture high‑level stakeholder relationships.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
