People Advisory Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a People Advisory Specialist to join our People Partnership and Advisory function. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor for leaders and team members, supporting every stage of the employee lifecycle across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to point of reference for routine people‑focused matters.
• Guide stakeholders through major employee‑life events to ensure a smooth experience.
• Translate corporate policies into practical recommendations for specific cases.
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve workplace situations promptly and fairly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch people‑centric programs and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records and files related to HR actions and case requests.
• Identify emerging trends and share insights to improve HR practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting upgrades to processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR advisory, people management or similar operational roles.
• Hands‑on experience with onboarding, adaptation and off‑boarding phases.
• Knowledge of talent‑management techniques, performance‑management cycles and employee‑relations.
• Strong understanding of policy, compliance and regional labour laws.
• Experience with HR platforms, case‑management tools and skills‑tracking solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ level).
