People Advisory Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a People Advisory Specialist to join our People Partnership and Advisory team. In this autonomous position you will support managers and employees throughout the employee journey, providing guidance on HR practices, policies, and compliance at the country or location level.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for managers and staff on common people‑related questions.
• Guide stakeholders through key checkpoints of the employee experience, ensuring smooth and consistent interactions.
• Translate company policies into actionable recommendations tailored to specific situations.
• Address employee issues promptly and fairly, supporting conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to roll out people‑focused programs and initiatives.
• Maintain thorough records and documentation for all people‑related actions and cases.
• Identify emerging patterns and share insights to improve daily HR operations.
• Contribute ideas for enhancing existing procedures and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in People Management, HR Advisory or similar operational HR roles.
• Hands‑on experience with onboarding, adaptation and off‑boarding processes.
• Solid understanding of talent management, performance‑management cycles and employee‑relations.
• Familiarity with policy interpretation, compliance and local employment legislation.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR platforms and case‑management solutions.
• Experience using Level Up or similar tools for skills tracking.
