HR Analyst – Talent Acquisition & Shared Services

About the role

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is looking for an Analyst to join its Global Shared Services (GSS) team in Buenos Aires. The role supports U.S.-based Corporate Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions, handling operational activities across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with talent acquisition tasks such as candidate sourcing, drafting offer letters, background checks, and managing job postings.
• Maintain employer branding platforms and ensure accuracy of TA resources for franchisees.
• Coordinate annual initiatives, including industry surveys and franchise engagement in corporate TA programs.
• Provide HR administration support: employment verification, data change transactions, quarterly HR data audits, personnel file administration, new‑hire/rehire processing, and voluntary off‑boarding.
• Generate weekly reporting for both talent acquisition and HR administration activities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume, transactional work accurately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with U.S. stakeholders.
• Ability to follow standardized processes while exercising sound judgment within defined guidelines.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee information.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
