People Advisory Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a People Advisory Specialist to join our People Partnership and Advisory function. In this independent operational role you will support the full employee lifecycle, providing HR advisory services to managers and employees across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a reliable resource for managers and staff on everyday people‑related questions.
• Guide stakeholders through key stages of the employee experience, ensuring a seamless and consistent journey.
• Translate internal policies into practical guidance tailored to individual circumstances.
• Respond to employee concerns and help resolve workplace situations fairly and promptly.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to launch people‑focused programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to people activities and case inquiries.
• Track trends, share findings, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or a comparable discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in People Management, HR Advisory or similar operational HR roles.
• Hands‑on involvement in onboarding, adaptation and off‑boarding stages.
• Solid understanding of talent management, performance management cycles and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of policy interpretation, compliance and local labour regulations.
• Excellent spoken and written English (B2+ level).
• Experience in multinational or matrix‑based environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HR systems and tools (people platforms, case‑management systems, Level Up for skills tracking).
