Manager, Paid Social

About the role

You will lead the strategy, implementation, execution, and analysis of Paid Social campaigns for Dentsu Argentina’s offshore team, ensuring high‑quality service for clients and strong cross‑border collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategic guidelines, monitor campaign performance and ensure KPIs are met.
• Prepare reports, analyze results, and recommend optimizations.
• Supervise junior team members when required and participate in weekly virtual networking meetings.
• Maintain relationships with media partners and collaborate on integrated media plans.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid social.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, finance, analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to handle multiple projects in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Ads and other Paid Social platforms.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience manipulating, analyzing and interpreting large data sets.
