Program Marketing Manager

About the role

OLIVER is looking for a Program Marketing Manager to join its in‑house team embedded with a leading global technology brand. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering marketing programs across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day coordination and execution of multiple marketing programs and initiatives.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies and priorities.
• Track actions and deliverables, proactively address blockers and escalate risks.
• Coordinate across client stakeholders, internal teams, specialist functions and external partners.
• Maintain clear program documentation, trackers, status updates and reporting.
• Support campaign, customer and event‑related initiatives and the associated operational activities.
• Manage program communications, ensuring clarity on priorities, actions and responsibilities.
• Assist with financial and administrative aspects such as budget tracking and reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, including the use of Generative AI and automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program or project management, marketing operations or a related discipline in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and confidence working with cross‑functional, distributed teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication, adaptable to different audiences.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong ownership, judgment and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities while maintaining structure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with modern collaboration, productivity and project‑management tools.
• Interest in using Generative AI to improve efficiency and ways of working.
