Manager Identity & Access Management - Cybersecurity (US Client)

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is hiring a Manager for Identity & Access Management within its Cybersecurity practice, serving a US client. The role focuses on securing and efficiently granting access to systems and data for employees and clients, protecting sensitive information and managing user identities. As a manager, you will lead teams, manage client accounts, plan strategically and mentor junior staff, while taking ownership of projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
• Manage user identities and access rights to ensure secure and efficient system access
• Lead teams in developing and executing cybersecurity initiatives
• Use Azure Active Directory and Cloud IAM to strengthen security measures
• Oversee deployment of access control models and authorization management systems
• Analyze system components to find vulnerabilities and improve security protocols
• Mentor team members and coach them to deliver quality client solutions
• Work with leadership to keep project timelines and deliverables on track, and handle stakeholder conflicts
• Maintain professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written English proficiency
• Preferred fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems

Required skills

• One or more IAM certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint or equivalent
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
• Knowledge of information security, data protection and IT risk management
